Do screenshots of QR codes work for tickets?
No, please do not screenshot your e-ticket as the QR code may be blurred or not sufficiently accurate to scan.
Is it free to transfer tickets on Ticketmaster?
You can use Ticket Transfer to send some or all of your tickets from your Ticketmaster account to others securely. It allows everyone going to the event to have their own ticket. And it’s easy, safe, and completely free to do.
Do screenshots of QR codes work Ticketmaster?
No. A mobile ticket must be provided either within the app, the mobile website or your phone’s wallet to gain entry. Additionally, you can’t forward tickets using a screenshot.
How to refund Ticketmaster?
Refunds are only allowed in limited circumstances, as explained in our Purchase Policy. If refunds for your event are approved by the Event Organizer, you will see a Request Refund link in your online account on Ticketmaster.com (desktop/mobile web). You can’t request a refund on the Ticketmaster app.
How much money is deducted if we cancel the ticket?
Cancellation charges are per passenger. If a confirmed ticket is cancelled within 48 hrs and up to 12 hours before the scheduled departure of the train, cancellation charges shall be 25% of the fare subject to the minimum flat rate mentioned in the above clause.
Can non refundable tickets be rescheduled?
In such unfortunate circumstances, you can contact the airline to request a free cancellation or to reschedule your flight in light of the circumstances. You will likely need to provide some form of documentation as proof of the situation such as a death certificate.
Why won’t Ticketmaster give me a refund?
As a general rule, all ticket sales are final and non-refundable. Policies set forth by Event Partners, prohibit us from issuing exchanges or refunds after a purchase has been made or for lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed tickets.
Can you sell or refund Ticketmaster?

How to convert Ticketmaster mobile tickets to PDF?
You can print your e-tickets in Pdf (Adobe Acrobat Reader) format after payment and validation of your order. Your e-tickets are attached to the order confirmation email. They are also available at any time after your order in your order history, in the My account section.
Can I take a picture of a QR code and someone else scan it?
As long as the QR Code image has these elements intact, anyone will be able to scan it easily via their phone’s native camera app or a third-party scanner. So even if you have a screenshot of the QR Code ticket rather than the original image, as long as it is intact and not pixelated, it would scan well.
Can two people use the same Ticketmaster account?
Each Ticketmaster account must be linked to a unique individual and contain valid, and verifiable, information. Multiple accounts may not be used to circumvent or exceed published ticket limits.
Does Ticketmaster charge a fee to transfer tickets?
Ticket Transfer is convenient, simple and free and can be done on your desktop or mobile.
Can you scan a Ticketmaster ticket on your phone?

We’d recommend that you try accessing your tickets through both the app and your account on our website. If you still can’t see the barcodes, please try clearing your browser data, or use an alternative browser.
